Renovation of a municipal facility in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
HVAC Improvements at Building No. 1. This project has separate prime contracts for General and Mechanical Construction. iGeneral Contract work includes, but not limited to, minor demolition, repair of existing ceilings around newly installed ceiling mounted unit ventilators, installation of gypsum wall board bulkheads, painting, reinstallation of suspended ceiling and grid. iMechanical Contract work includes, but not limited to, disconnect and remove existing ceiling and floor mounted unit ventilators, provide and install new unit ventilators at the same location as existing and electrical disconnection and reconnection of HVAC equipment. Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside the words: u8220 Bid for Project MA 2204: HVAC Improvements at Building No. 1u8221 and also the prime contract youu8217re bidding. Work will commence on a written "Notice to Proceed" (NTP) from the Owner or his representative and will be substantially complete no later than August 15, 2023. This Project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Bid and a Non-Collusive Affidavit must accompany each Bid. The Forbes Road Career & Technology Center reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids, alternates, or parts of bids.
