**As of February 2 ,2023, , project was awarded to Converge One Inc, awarded amount is $742,587.14** Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) located in Rangely Colorado is seeking qualified contractors for the IT Infrastructure Upgrade project. The project will entail work to replace the majority of the structured cabling backbone system and horizontal cabling located on the CNCC Rangely campus along with the facilities operated by CNCC located at the local airport. Scope of Services Note that any areas where new underground fiber pathways are required, contractor is responsible for all work associated with trenching or boring. If a bid is submitted without this in the scope of work, this will be declared an unresponsive bid. Please provide a breakout price for each of the scope of works being indicated based on the drawings provided with the bid. The intention of this revised bid is to award a contract that is within the budget limit of the project. CNCC requires each bidder to fill out Bid Form SBP-6.13 in a lump sum fashion. However, CNCC is requiring bidders to supply a breakdown of each of the scopes in the form of a proposal to accompany the Bid Form SBP-6.13. CNCC reserves the right to issue a contract based on breakout prices per scope of works. CNCC is not obligated to issue a contract for the entire work of scopes.
