Renovation of an educational facility in Rangely, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Blakeslee & Allsebrook Roof and Window Replacement project is located on the campus of Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely, CO. The total roof area of the two buildings is approximately 17,400 sf. The membrane on the existing low-slope roofs will be replaced on both buildings as will approximately 10 windows in Blakeslee. Service Start : 6/27/2022 Service End : 9/30/2022 Negotiation of General Contractor Contract Appx.
