Reference Number 0000321113 Piggyback Contract No Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide asphalt and concrete removal and replacement in multiple existing parking lots to improve the quality and ADA accessibility. Project site locations are all located at 500 Kennedy Drive Rangely, CO 81648. See site locations Exhibit A and Construction Documents Dated May 22, 2023. The work performed by contractor shall include all labor, tools, and material to prepare and overlay existing lots to include parking lot stripping, painting of fire lanes, pedestrian crosswalks, and accessible routes. The contractor shall perform all tasks and activities associated with removing and replacing exiting concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalks as described in the construction documents, plans, and specifications. Contractor shall coordinate schedule with CNCC to ensure college staff, students, and patrons, have access to adequate parking throughout the duration of construction.
