Renovation of a water / sewer project in Rangely, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the repair/replacement of chilled water and cooler tower system pumps, cooling tower media fill, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Additionally, this project includes upgrading the HVAC control systems. The existing systems are in the Johnson Building mechanical room and services (9) academic buildings includes classrooms, labs, offices, administration, and student service areas. All construction related activities will need to occur during the late fall, winter, and early spring months to avoid equipment downtime when cooling is required. Colorado Northwestern Community College intends to select a Design/Build Entity who will design, manage, and construct the project as described within. The process to be used in the selection of the firm is comprised of two steps: STEP I is the Submittal of Prequalification as described in Section II. STEP II is the Oral Interview/Cost Proposal as described in detail in Section III HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC)
