The existing roof system is approximately 19,900 square feet made up of tapered insulation and TPO membrane that has begun to fail. This project will require the full removal of existing systems down to the wood deck. The design team will be required to set a Unit Price for any wood deck that is to be replaced due to damage. The design will include a tapered insulation system and all drainage components to ensure proper water repulsion.
