Rio Blanco County (the "County or Owner") is seeking a Contractor for the Rio Blanco County Radino Interior Painting Project (the "Project") at 403 North White Ave. Rangely, Colorado. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the "IFB") is to have a Contractor (the "Bidder") submit a written response (the "Bid") to specifically address the services required, fee, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services. Rio Blanco County Radino Interior Painting Project Located at: Rio Blanco Radino Senior Center, 403 North White Ave., Meeker, CO 81648. Bid bond coverage to be determined as a percentage of the total bid. County reserves the right, without notice and at reasonable times, to inspect the work accomplished by the Contractor under this Agreement. The right of inspection reserved in the County is for the protection of the County in assuring that the work is proceeding in a timely and satisfactory manner and does not relieve the Contractor from responsibility for selecting appropriate means of fulfilling its obligations hereunder.
