Reference Number 0000346928 Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) was constructed in 1962 and is located in Rangely Colorado. CNCC is seeking proposals from qualified industrial hygienists to remove the existing gym floor in the Hefley Arena and abate the vermiculite material below the surface using the necessary containment and negative air movement through a HEPA filtration system. All wood and nailing strips need to be removed from the concrete slab and the slab will be decontaminated before reconstruction. All waste will be properly disposed of per State of Colorado regulations.
