Contractor shall install new video surveillance system per plans and technical specifications. 2. The installation shall comply with the Manufacturer's requirements, local building codes, and ordinances. 3. Remove existing workstation equipment, cameras, antennas, CAT 5 cable, components, and legally dispose of offsite. 4. Approximate locations are shown on the drawings, Contractor shall finalize locations based on optimal field vision and coverage. 5. Supply, install, test, and commission high quality IP CCTV surveillance system along with software, server, network video recorder, power supply, power distribution, and required accessories throughout the apartment complex. 6. The surveillance system consists of 10 AXIS P3818-PVE, 2 AXIS M3115-LVE, 2 AXIS P3727-PLE, 2 AXIS P1455-LE-3, 1 AXIS M3116-LVE, and 1 AXIS P1455-LE 9 mm cameras. 7. Workstation equipment includes AXIS Camera Station S1148 Recorder, AXIS T8524 PoE+ Network Switch, Axis License Plate Verifier eLicense, Smart Rack Model No. SRW12USDP, and StarTech Dual Rail Rackmount Product ID RKC0ND17HD. 8. All necessary cabling, wiring, conduit, sockets, and allied infrastructure conforming to respective quality. 9. Any deviations or substitutions to equipment or cabling must be submitted to RHA for approval. 10. Contactor shall provide installation cable connectivity drawings and cable schedule prior to construction start as part of the submittals. 11. Contractor to provide up to two hours of training for designated RHA personnel upon completion of the project. Davis Bacon Wage Rate NV20220044 02/25/2022 Modification 2 applies for all workers employed for this project. 3. Work to be completed in 45 consecutive calendar days. All requests for alternate materials and/or methods must be submitted to RHA for approval no later than twelve (12) business days prior to bid opening directly to developmentdpt@renoha.org. Requests will not be reviewed or approved unless sent to the above email. 6. Contractor will be responsible for the removal of all construction debris. Work site must always be maintained in a safe and clean manner. 7. Contractor is responsible for any damage created during the project. If any damage occurs to surfaces outside of the Contractor's scope of work Contractor shall have repairs done by a licensed contractor that specializes in that type of work. 8. All locations, areas, quantities, and/or dimensions shown or stated are approximate only. Contractors shall field verify and confirm all locations, areas, quantities, and dimensions prior to bidding. 1. Bids will be opened at the above time and date by an RHA representative. 2. Proposals for CF projects that exceed $25,000 will not be considered unless accompanied by cashiers/certified check or bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the bid, made payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Reno. 3. RHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding, and to determine the low bidder. 4. Payment and Performance bonds are required for all HUD projects that exceed $25,000.
