Renovation of a military facility in Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to work to be completed under this contract includes all labour, material and equipment required to install an extension of the High Voltage Loop on the eastern section of the Mission Support Area (MSA). Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 427 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Tenderers are advised that duct banks between PMH81 and PMH 82 are to be installed prior to March 31, 2023. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
