Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This project includes Electrical work related to the new Hillcats Baseball locker room renovations at City Stadium. Work to include new panels, outlets, lighting, emergency lighting, labor and related materials. Work Location: Lynchburg, Va Project Drawings can be found on the city's current solicitations electronically. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing to Will Ruberry at william.ruberry@lynchburgva.gov and received by 2:00 PM, October 14, 2022. All addenda should be signed and accompany any bid submitted. Main power to Visitors Electrical Panel Box (L1B) will be by others including overhead rough in conduits. 2. In Home side, existing Electrical Power Distribution panel and Transformer area will stay as shown, New panels will be installed and existing transformer will remain, no new work will take place in adjacent Mechanical room.
