The construction type is IIIB as defined by the IBC and Type III 200 as defined by the NFPA. The project will consist of renovating the interior finishes, removal of a few doors and portions of walls, new interior walls and doors as indicated in the drawings, replacement of existing elevator, Alternates Project will be constructed under a single prime contract Cut off for Questions: September 19, 2023 12:00 pm EST Substantial Completion shall be July 15, 2024. Final Completion shall be August 15, 2024 Liquidated Damages shall be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Final Completion. The signed Bid Bond contained in the Contract Documents for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid
