Renovation of a residential development in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Remove and dispose of two (2) existing attic central exhaust fans, twenty-one (21) individual ceiling exhaust fans and all associated ductwork, controls, electrical and accessories. .2 Installation of twenty-five (25) new energy recovery ventilators (ERV), associated ductwork, difusers and hoods. Installation of bulkheads to accommodate new ERV ductwork. .3 Installation of new louvers and plenums in attic space. .4 Electrical: disconnecting up to electrical panel of exhaust fans. Providing power disconnects to ERV's. Installation of new attic space emergency lighting and exit signage. Installtion of new attic heat detectors and tie-in to new fire alarm panel complete with programming. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
