Project Name: City Of Peoria, 107th Ave & Rose Garden Lane Traffic Signal Project (TRACS) Number: T0366 03D District: Central Route/MP: 107th Ave & Rose Garden Lane Funding Source: HSIP Construction Funding FY: FY 2024 The project consists of traffic signal and intersection improvements, situated in the City of Peoria located at the intersection of 107th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane. The project will provide for the design, land acquisition and construction for a traffic signal and intersection improvements at 107th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane. The intersection improvements include remove/replace handicap ramps, remove sections of sidewalk, remove three (3) streetlights, and crackfill, micro-seal and re-stripe the intersection. Design should consist of Stage III, IV and V (Bid Ready) plans. Right of Way: It is ideal to design the project so that all equipment fits within existing right-of-way. However additional ROW may be required (from the Rose Garden Homeowners Association, Ventana Lakes Property Owners Association (VLPOA), and a License Agreement Kinder Morgan/El Paso Natural Gas parcels) at the NEC, SEC and SWC. Identification of actual ROW needs shall be determined during the 30% design phase. Utility and Rail Road: The design goal shall be to avoid existing utilities as much as possible. Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until October 13, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time). No further questions shall be accepted after the time specified.
