As of November 07th, 2022, The construction contract for the subject project is going to Council for award on November 15th. Owner anticipates the contractor mobilizing and beginning late summer 2023, with completion by summer 2024. Scope includes approximately 613 LF of 8-inch reclaimed waterline and 9,801 LF of 16-inch reclaimed waterline, from 111th Ave and Rose Garden Lane to 107th Ave & Pinnacle Peak Rd. This is the fourth and final segment to construct and provide a reclaimed system backbone to prepare for future growth in the northern extents of the City and includes, but is not limited to, piping, appurtenances, restoration and /or replacement of pavement, and landscaping.
