Faribault Housing and Redevelopment Authority REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES -------------------------------------- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Faribault Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is requesting proposals for maintenance and construction services not performed by in-house maintenance staff. Work will be performed at 49 scattered site public housing units, 10 scattered site market-rate housing units and one 51-unit apartment complex. All employees, including subcontractors, must be paid in compliance with federal prevailing wage requirements and meet other minimum contract requirements. Separate RFPs are available for each of the following service types: plumbing, electrical, extermination, HVAC, unit cleaning, floor cleaning, flooring installation and countertop installation. The qualifications of the firm, previous experience with residential rental properties, and the ability of the firm to provide the requested services shall be considered in the awards. Proposals shall be reviewed by the HRA, which reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities. Proposals must be submitted to the Community Development Department at 208 NW First Avenue, Faribault, Minnesota 55021 and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2022.
