Weston Taylor Street Culvert Replacement. The project consists of replacing an existing concrete culvert with new concrete box culvert and minimal approach work. The cost of printing is to be paid to the printing company at the time the drawings are picked up. Shipping and tax charges are the bidder's responsibility and payable directly to Becker Impressions. Bids must state the unit prices in the blanks provided and be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked - TAYLOR STREET CULVERT REPLACEMENT -- and addressed to Mayor Jeremy R. Schroeder, at the Village of Weston, Ohio at 13234 Main Street, Weston, Ohio 43569. The bid guaranty may be of two forms: 1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) 2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Village of Weston, Ohio, in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. After the award of the contract let by competitive bid and prior to the time the contract is entered into, bidders shall submit the affidavit required under the Ohio Revised Code, Section 5719.042 that the bidder was not charged with any delinquent personal property taxes in Wood County, Ohio.
