Renovation of a municipal facility in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Hamilton, Massachusetts, herein called the Owner, acting by and through its Department of Public Works will receive quotes for the project known as the SFQ2023-008 Caisson Satellite and Idlewood 2 Well Redevelopment Project Any quote may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time or authorized postponement thereof. Any quote received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The contractor agrees that the quote shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after the quote due date. Job Location: 79 Pine Tree Drive, Hamilton, MA A labor and materials bond in an amount equal to 50 percent of the total contract price will be required. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.30, 39M. All contractors must supply the Town with an insurance certificate and workmens compensation policy, if applicable. All crew members must be OSHA 10 certified. All contractors must abide by all contract terms associated with the attached contract. All contractors must sign Attachment A and B. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
