Renovation of a municipal facility in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Flooring replacement throughout the building (all three floors including stairwells and elevators). Millwork replacement for the main floor office area. Scope of work (both flooring and millwork replacement) for all the PIL booths should be itemized as a separate price (see details in the IFT Specification, Section 00 43 27 – List of Separate Prices). Hours of work should adhere to the schedule stipulated under Division 01 14 00, Section 1.6 Hours of Work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Questions Deadline extended from 10/21/2022 to 11/03/2022. Bid date has been extended from 10/26/2022 to 11/09/2022. Award is subject to final approval.
