Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County (Douglas PUD) is requesting a statement of qualifications from qualified professional firms registered in the State of Washington to provide owner representation and construction management services for the construction of a Hydrogen Production and Fueling Facility located in the Baker Flats Industrial Area, approximately five miles north of East Wenatchee, WA. Firms responding to this notice must be properly licensed. All responding firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), including a list of experience, qualifications, references, scope understanding and approach After screening the materials received, the District may request interviews with selected firms. Direct all questions and submittals regarding this RFQ to AccountsPayable@dcpud.org, attention Derek Browning, Purchasing Agent. The email request must include the RFQ number and title and your contact information including mailing and physical addresses, contact person, phone numbers and email addresses. Minority and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
