Renovation of a medical facility in Rayville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Richland Parish Hospital Service District No. 1-B dba Richardson Medical Center (hereafter designated RMC) RMC is seeking sealed bid for the following contract: Project Description: The intent of this project is to repair roof on existing closed cell spray foam roof. Repair consists of (1.) Warranty repairs covered by Green Shield Products. (2.) Scarf, re-foam, and apply 30 mils silicone coating to surgery area. (3.) Foam and recoat with 30 mils of silicone over the two roll roof areas over ER. (4.) Wash and granulate entire existing roof. Must supply a minimum 2 year workmanship warranty and a 20 year manufacturer warranty. All bidders must be an approved Green Shield Product Applicator in good standing. Bids will not be accepted from prospective contractors who have not conducted a site visit prior to submitting their proposal. RMC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities.
