DCAMM Certification: HVAC liquidated damages $1,500.00 per day 1.01 GENERAL CONDITIONS A. The "Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor", AIA. Document A101, Electronic Format, as published by The American Institute of Architects, together with all Amendments and Supplements as hereinbefore listed, shall apply and are hereby made a part of this section of the Specifications. B. The Sections of these Specifications entitled "Special Conditions", "Minimum Wage Determination", and Division 01 "General Requirements" shall apply and are hereby made a part of this section of the Specifications. 1.02 GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The work under this Section shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and supplies and the performance of all operations to provide complete working systems, in general, to include the following items: B. Contractor and subcontractors shall visit the site prior to commencement of work to coordinate work with Owner. C. HVAC: 1. Demolition of existing piping, ductwork, equipment, accessories, etc. as indicated. 2. Coordination of scope and existing services to remain as indicated 3. Reconnection, balancing and start-up of new equipment 4. Packaged Gas/DX Rooftop Air Handling Unit 5. Refrigerant Piping and Specialties 6. Sheet Metal Duct System 7. Duct Insulation 8. Pipe Insulation 9. Duct Supports, Pipe Guides, Anchors, Hangers, Fittings, Supports, etc. 10. Escutcheon Plates
