This project consists of installing an HFC-125 Gas, clean agent- fire suppression system in the AT&T, Telephone Equipment Room at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The system must comply with the design specification incorporated in the final design drawings provided in the documents. There will be no pre-bid meeting. This letter extends an invitation for the submission of a bid to supply the Charlotte Douglas International Airport with the non-federally funded goods and services Please note that this is an informal solicitation which is not the same as a formal request for sealed bids. This solicitation does not require a public opening and bids will not be available for public inspection until any resulting contract has been awarded.
