When the specifications call for a Bid Bond and Consent of Surety, bidders shall submit the required documents electronically with their bid package. Bidders shall be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. & N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1, et seq. (Affirmative Action), N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. (Prevailing Wage Act), & Americans with the Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq.). A copy of your New Jersey Business Registration Certificate (BRC) should be submitted with your bid package. Bidders' attention shall be called to all of the requirements contained in the General Instructions to Bidders for this contract. The project may be partially or fully funded by grant funds.
