Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Montpelier, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
1. Complete Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA document A305 or its complete equivalent. 2. Complete list of projects with construction cost over $1,000,000 over the previous 5 years including references with contact person and phone number. 3. List of school projects of similar scope, including references with contact person and phone number. Experience and references will be considerations in evaluating qualifications. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of reconstruction and circulation improvements of the main parking lot, bus loop and sidewalks. SCHEDULE: Project is planned to go out to bid no later than December 9, 2022, with construction starting as soon as school is finished in mid-June 2023. Completion is scheduled for mid-August 2023. BONDING: A Bid Bond in the form of AIA A310 will be required for 5% of the Construction Cost. A Performance and Payment Bond in the form of AIA A312 will be required for 100% of the Construction Cost. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall be subject to comply with any and all applicable equal opportunity and nondiscrimination agreements as included in the bid documents. Owner will not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, familial status or handicap as per Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988.REQUIREMENTS
