Renovation of an educational facility in Simsbury, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 20, 2024, this project has been cancelled. The Town of Simsbury ("the Town") and its Board of Education are seeking a qualified firm to prepare construction documents toward the installation of HVAC system upgrades at High School, located at 34 Farms Village Road. The Town reservesthe right to waive any informalitiesin any submission, to reject any and/or allsubmissions, and to accept the proposal that in itsjudgment isin its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy and one pdf copy via digital media of the proposal no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions should be delivered to the Simsbury Town Hall addressed to Jason Casey as noted below. The Town does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the Town by the date and time noted above. The awarded firm will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
