Provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to replace existing floorcoverings in both Watterson Towers, in each lounge pod space on all five levels in each house. Work shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and proper disposal of the existing carpet, patching and prep of the existing subfloor, and installation of the new carpet tile, rubber wall base, and floor transitions. This will not include any student dorms. Work is to be completed in two phases (Summer of 2023 & Summer of 2024) starting project in the South Tower. 72,500 Sq. Ft - total project. Both the pre-bid meeting and the site visit are mandatory.
