Questions and Clarifications Due 10/27/2022 10:00 AM WORK LOCATED AT PARKING LOT Grade and form new concrete extension at RV pad. Pour new concrete pad at RV pad with broom finish. Level out grade at kiosk locations for pathway to gate entrance. Auger out 4 twenty four inch in diameter (0'-24" ø) caissons for kiosk's. Remove old gate pole with hinges at pond entrance. Auger new twelve inch diameter (0'-12"ø) by four foot(4'-0") deep hole for new entry gate pole. Pour new footing with replacement gate post inserted. Re install old gate onto new post. Spread rock a minimum of three inch (0'-3")thick and compact new 3/4-0 minus rock at Kiosks and pathway to gate entrance. Relocation of existing trash can where kiosks will be installed. WORK LOCATED AT & AROUND POND Grade, form, and pour three (3) new concrete ADA bench pads located around pond. Level out grade one (1) non-ADA picnic table pad Install and compact three quarter minus (3/4"-0) crushed rock at non-ADA picnic area Grade, form, and pour one concrete ADA picnic area pad Install concrete footings and weld plates for cantilever platform Install cantilever platform by welding the structure to weld plates on footings Pour floating concrete cantilever platform deck ROADWAY FROM PARKING LOT TO POND Compact roadway surface from parking lot to pond by dusting with concrete, watering, and compaction
