As of December 5, 2022, project was awarded DMB Construction, awarded amount is $497,925.80. The San Patricio Municipal Water District, hereafter called OWNER, is requesting sealed written Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and performing all Work required for the following Project: "SH 200 Waterline Re-Routes" The project consists of the construction of approximately 205 LF of 12" HDPE waterline sliplined in an existing 18" CSC casing, and 180 LF of 12" CSC waterline installed in 165LF of steel casing along with all associated waterline appurtenances. All Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid, as specified in Section 00 21 13, Instructions To Bidders. Performance and payment bonds when required shall be executed on forms furnished by the OWNER. Each bond shall be issued in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas, and shall meet any other requirements established by law or by OWNER pursuant to applicable law. Minimum insurance requirements arc specified in Section 00 72 01, Supplemental General Conditions OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in any Bid or solicitation procedure. Bids may be held for a period nor exceeding sixty (60) days for the purpose of review.OWNER intends to award the contract on a best value method that will take into account both price and qualitative considerations.
