Completed plans call for site work for a 397,702-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; warehouse / distribution facility; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project scope includes enclosing an 36' x 60' steel framed covered play structure with 2x6 wood-framed, insulated walls and ribbed metal siding to become a storage building. Includes selective removal of existing asphalt, new concrete floor slab with thickened edge foundation, new insulated standing seam metal roof system over existing metal deck, electrical power service, lighting, heat, and security system. Site work includes paving, drainage, fencing and landscaping. Notice to Proceed will be issued on or about December 9, 2022 and on-site work may begin December 12, 2022 after approval of all required documents. See Section 01-1100, Summary of Work for specific completion times. A certified or bank cashier's check payable to the Owner or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Base Bid. Make payable to Puya llup School District and enclose with bid. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or for no reason, to reject a bid not accompanied by required bid security or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or to reject a bid, which is in any way incomplete or irregular.
