For Generator and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) Please include guaranteed delivery date (from bid award) for each item and install date, detailed manufacturers warranty information, any additional warranty information, and recommended scheduled maintenance pricing. Bidders must comply with all provisions of the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2007 and must complete the attached form with their bid submittal. Price quotation for this work shall be Lump Sum with payment for services being made at the satisfactory completion of the work. The City of Cartersville will designate 45 days for the completion of this work from the date the Notice to Proceed is issued. The right is also reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities of informalities.
