**As of December 30, 2022, project was awarded to Hammett Excavation, Inc, awarded amount is $1,022,121.65.** A. General: This work will include the construction of Sector 3B-1 waste disposal area and related structures. B. Principal Features 1. Mobilization and demobilization of equipment and labor. 2. Excavation and fill of Sector 3B-1 area. 3. Installation of an underdrain system and, ifrequired, a temporary underdrain system. 4. Installation of compacted clay liner. 5. Installation of protective cover. 6. Installation of perimeter road C. The above description of the Work is for general information only, and does not limit the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to accomplish the Work in strict accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Question Deadline 11/02/2022 at 10:00 AM CT All questions and inquiries related to this Bid shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available electronically. The Brazos Valley Solid Waste Mangement Agency is soliciting bids from Vendors who are interested and qualified to provide for the construction of Sector 3B-1 at the Twin Oaks Landfill. Specifications and plans are included within.
