Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Anderson, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 32,093-square-foot municipal facility.
As of January 28, 2020, all trades have been awarded. No timeline has been established for the start date of construction. Grimes County, Texas is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to construct the new 32,000 GSF Justice Center in accordance with Bid Set Drawings and Specifications prepared by PGAL, Inc. The general scope includes but is not limited to sitework, concrete paving, landscape and irrigation, masonry, structural concrete slab, steel frame structure, cold formed metal frame exterior wall frame with exterior sheathing-damp proofing and insulation, storefront entry and windows, KEE and standing seam metal roofing, porcelain tile, carpet, LVT, VCT and interior wood work.
