Renovation of a multi-residential development in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of Dec 20 the project was awarded to Frederkind Construction Llc for $353,937.25. New Mexico Housing & Community Development Corporation CONTRACTING AGENCY AND OWNER ITB NO. CDR2022-01 New Mexico Housing & Community Development Corporation (NMHCDC) is currently requesting sealed bids from prospective bidders for Re-roofing of units at the Casa del Rio Apartments, located in Truth or Consequences, NM NMHCDC reserves the right to issue addenda to the Specifications during the advertising period as provided in the Bid Documents. A record of all the addenda and copies of the same will be available to all qualified Bidders from the procurement manager listed above. Bidders shall be licensed as Contractors in the State of New Mexico at the time of Bid submittal and must include their license number and Contractor classifications held in the prescribed place on the bid form. Questions regarding the technical aspects of the bidding documents shall be submitted to the procurement manager at: NMHCDC.ONE@gmail.com Attention: CDR2022-01.
