No plan to rebid.** Signage and Pavement Markings SUMMARY SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work consists of providing the products or services specified herein. The City is requesting proposals to provide removal of existing signage and pavement markings and to provide new signage and pavement markings in compliance with the Truth or Consequences, NM Multimodal Transportation Safety Plan (Exhibit A) This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the New Mexico State Procurement Code as required by 13-1-111 NMSA 1978. The Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-199 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. The resulting contract will be a single award. This procurement will result in a contractual agreement between two parties; the procurement may ONLY be used by those two parties exclusively.
