Estimated cost for this project is $400,000 to $500,000. This Request for Qualifications and Proposals ("RFP") is issued by the City of Glendale ("City") to solicit Proposals for a licensed contractor to lead a team of qualified and licensed Design Consultants and Subcontractors for the design, engineering, management and removal of Underground Storage Tanks at Integrated Waste Management. Performance Bond and Payment Bond: The selected Proposer will be required to furnish to the City: (1) a Faithful Performance Bond; and (2) a Payment Bond, on forms furnished by the City (see Exhibit C and D of the Appendices) or approved by the City Attorney. The penal amount of the Payment Bond shall remain equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The penal amount of the Performance Bond shall remain equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. Said bonds must be satisfactory to the City and must be executed by a California admitted surety insurer.
