DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. The proposed work is officially known as "Hollis Township Road District - CIPP Improvements". The project will involve CIPP-Cured In Place Piping BID SECURITY A. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be certified bank check or a bid bond. OTHER A. Eligible contractors shall comply with the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Act, (820 ILCS 265/) and the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01, et seq.). RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS A. The Hollis Township Road District reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, award shall be made to the low, responsible Bidder after the Bid evaluation has been completed.
