Vinyl Flooring and Installation. The City of Topeka is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of vinyl flooring in the Narcotics Office of the Law Enforcement Center located at 320 S. Kansas Avenue. The project area encompasses approximately two thousand four hundred square feet (2,400 sq. ft.) of floor space that incorporates office and cubicle work areas. Vendors will have an opportunity to perform area measurements at the pre-bid meeting and are responsible for the accuracy of those measurements. The project will require coordination with the Topeka Police Department and the Project Manager to relocate occupants and office equipment during installation. All work is to be completed in phases to permit continued use of the office. Work is to be performed utilizing all safety protocols necessary for the safety and protection of office staff, visitors, and workers. All work must be completed on or before January 31, 2023. Product installed must come with full standard manufacturer's warranty. The awarded contractor must warrant their workmanship for a minimum period of two (2) years from the date of acceptance by the City References: All bidders must provide a minimum of three (3) references including contact information for comparable projects completed.
