The Fort Wayne Parks & Rec. Dept. also reserves the right to waive any defect in any quote and to reject quote due to funding constraints. Each Contractor and Subcontractor performing Work in connection with the Project shall meet one of the classifications in the Contractor Tier, as defined in the Supplementary Conditions. Submit written questions to be addressed at Pre-Quote meeting minimum of two business days prior to meeting. Base Quote: The removal (+/-3,370 Sq.Ft.) of existing carpeting and base cove, mechanically removing the existing glue, preparing the floor and walls, install carpet Squares and base cove per plans and specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for moving existing furniture as required to perform work and return back once the installation is completed. Special carpet areas included with Base Quote are a stair and one elevator.
