Renovation of a mixed-use development in Parkville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and detention facility.
This is an SBR project for a contractor to install one (1) 7.5 ton gas packaged heat pump unit and one (1) 1.5 ton and one (1) 5 ton 16 seer Mini Non-Ducted Multi-Zone Heat Pump- R410A Mini Split System in the Senior Gym and Chapel at Charles Hickey School. Gay, Procurement Officer as soon as possible via email at Robert.gay@maryland.gov . The e-mail submission subject line shall state the "IFB 23-MX-HI-010 Bid Submission". The body of the email shall contain the Name and Phone Number of the Contact if the IFB Bid Document has a Password. Late bids shall not be accepted.
