As of January 11, 2023, the project has been cancelled. No definite date for the rebid. The SCOPE OF WORK shall include the construction of approximately 1,100 linear feet of a 7 wide concrete walking trail at Veterans Park in the City of Paris, Arkansas The Contract documents, consisting of all required notifications and certifications, Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Specifications, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations: Crafton Tull & Associates, 65 Bradley Cove Road, Russellville, Arkansas 72802 Bids submitted using SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS obtained from any other source than the ones listed below will be subject to rejection. The City of Paris hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply as well as the Buy America provisions of 23 CFR 635.410. Also, registration and good standing in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be required prior to contract execution.
