Demo existing dry pipe fire suppression system and replace with a new wet pipe fire suppression system, provide new electrical heating together with all necessary electrical upgrades as shown in design documents. Remove and replace select corroded piping on the existing fire sprinkler system associated with the Bellwether Underground Parking Garage (9 Bellwether Way). Decommission existing air compressor, accelerator and associated piping and connections, reconfigure, replace and re-pitch sections of sprinkler main and branch lines, add drains, pre-engineered Nitrogen Generator with piping and all necessary electrical upgrades, as shown in design documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order, or an original signed and stamped surety bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Port of Bellingham.
