Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Design, manufacture, factory inspect and test, deliver to site, off-loading at site, erection, on-site testing and commissioning for storage of three (3) liquid-immersed three-phase transformer, complete with insulation liquid, auxiliary equipment and accessories. Questions concerning this Secondary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 4:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, November 3, 2022 to Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website electronically, under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
