Work areas are located on Centennial Drive and Stadium Rim Way, Berkeley, CA Price to pipe burst existing 8 sanitary sewer main (VCP) with new 8 sanitary sewer main (HDPE) from station 1+00 to station 17+71.84 and reconnect all existing sewer laterals along this portion of sewer main. To allow the University to evaluate bidders, each bidder must submit with its bid, a Contractors Special Statement of Experience. This Contractors Special Statement of Experience must be provided on the Contractors letterhead. If your firm provides inaccurate or incomplete information your firm will be found non-responsive. If your firm receives negative project references they may be found non-responsive. Prospective bidders arriving late after the published start time, will not be allowed to participate in the PreBid Job Walk. Only bidders who participate in the Pre-Bid Meeting will be allowed to bid on the Project as prime contractors. Every effort will be made to ensure that all persons have equal access to contracts and other business opportunities with the University within the limits imposed by law or University policy. Each Bidder may be required to show evidence of its equal employment opportunity policy. The successful Bidder and its subcontractors will be required to follow the nondiscrimination requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents and to pay prevailing wage at the location of the work.
