The Town will be accepting bids for the "New Utilities to Wastewater Treatment Facility Project" The project consists of the construction of a new water line and fiber optic conduit from approximately the intersection of Crossroads Boulevard and Highway 257 to the Town of Windsor Wastewater Treatment Facility. See construction drawings and specifications for details.
