Site work and renovation of a civil project in Kihei, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work covered under this contract will be performed at the existing Kihei WWPS No. 9. Work will include furnishing of labor, materials, supplies and equipment required for demolition and removal of pumps, piping and appurtenances; abandonment of the existing dry well; modifications to the existing wetwell; installation of wet pit submersible pumps, piping and appurtenances; electrical modifications; replacement of existing diesel emergency generator, and sewage bypassing during construction; and supporting sitework. Bidders are required to comply with newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103-D and any amendments thereof. Bidders must correctly prepare and submit the documents listed in Section 00300, Bid Proposal. Clarification Requests due: Sunday, November 6, 2022
