**All bidders must contact Phillips/Sekanick Architecture and be added to the plan holders list to quality to bid.** This project incorporates a single-prime bidding process. The following bids will be received: General Construction Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each oerson or company submitting the same and all parties interested therein and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form oi either: A bond in accordance with Division B ol Section 153.54, Ohio Revised Code for the full amount of the bid, A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305. Ohio Revised Code. in accordance with Division C of Section 153.54, Ohio Revised Code equal to ten (10%) percent oi the bid. Each bidder must also submit evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, along with verifiable references tor such work The amount of the bid for said guaranty purposes shall include all additive and deductive alternates. All bid guaranties shall be conditioned that if the bid is accepted within sixty (60) days of the opening, a proper contract shall be executed. and that uoon failure or refusal to enter into said contract within then (10) days after receipt of notification of award, the bidder and the surety on any bond shall be liable to the Trumbull County Commissioners in an amount nol to exceed ten (10%) percent of the bid, At tire option of the Trumbull County Commissioners, such bond/check will be returned to all except the apparent low bidder. However, the bond/checks of all unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately upon award of the contract or the reiection of all bids. Bidder is to take hotice that the form of bond must meet the reouirements oJ Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 to 153.57. All bids must be signed in ink. Facsimile or electronic transmissions are not Dermitted. The Architects statement oJ Probable Costs is included in the Proiect Manual and Soecifications.
