**Project was awarded to Summit Construction & Development Llc in the amount of $3,248,196.83 The project consists of the construction of a roundabout at the Kirkland Road and Jack Neely Road intersection. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder. A Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred and ten percent (110%) will also be required of the successful bidder. Bonds must be written by an acceptable Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the Department of the Treasury, Circular 570, latest edition. NOTE: Contractor and all subcontractors must be fully insured and be Licensed Contractors in the State of Georgia. INSURANCE: Contractor shall maintain insurance as specified in the Construction Services Agreement included in the Bidding Documents. The successful bidder shall secure and pay for all permits, assessments, charges or fees required in connection with the proposed construction.
