The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide engineering, architectural, and other services for the project named above. This project will involve multiple areas of expertise not limited to those mentioned above. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all bids/quotes/proposals or parts of bids/quotes/proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.
