As of January 5, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Career Institute of Technology will receive sealed bids for the Collaboration Lab Addition to the Career Institute of Technology located at 5335 Kesslersville Road, Easton Pa 18040. Work includes General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction and Electrical Construction. The Project consists of the CAREER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY COLLABORATION LAB ADDITION Questions and requests for information will be accepted until 3:00 PM, prevailing time, on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022. Questions will be accepted through portal, only from prime bidders. All questions must be submitted through portal and will not be accepted in any other manner. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
